The staff really genuinely care about the pets, you can see the love for the work that the staff do, it's not always an easy job. I got to let you know about the care plans for the pets. From £22.99 per month you can get a pet plan which includes worming/parasite treatment, annual injections, includes the puppies first injections. Discounts on treatment and food, also a free bag of food comes with the deal and I can confirm it is the best food and ruby loves it. All that and more available. My dog was very poorly and I took her to The Avenue vets where she needed to be left for the day to be on a drip for rehydration and work out the diagnosis. From meeting Michelle the receptionist, who is very caring to Dr Christina who is very professional, caring and the best vet I've met, I knew my dog was in good hands. Thank you all for looking after her....and me!

This practice deserves more than 5* and special distinction!!!! They have been THE BESTEST and BEYOND AMAZING to us today saving us from major trouble before travelling abroad! It's physically not possible for them to be more helpful and kind. We are SO GRATEFUL for you! I called them at 8:30 am we need urgently microchip 2 rabbits this same morning asap before travelling abroad. Michelle said no problem don't worry we will make it happen whilst I was practically crying on the phone stressed out of my mind. Michelle greeted me/emotional mess at the practice with a HUG and my rabbits were seen and microchipped at 10:30am 2 hours after making the call!!! 😭🙏🏼 Dr. Christina was also amazing, reassured me also and shared her own useful tips from her experience about travelling with animals abroad. Microchipping sounds straightforward but it was beyond stressful and chaotic for us!! For wider context, we asked for latest import requirements from the government office of the country we are travelling to 1.5 month before travel so we have ample time to prepare all vaccinations and documentation. Import requirements stated rabbits won't need microchipping before travel. A month later and just before travelling, our import permit application was rejected because they are not microchipped leaving us with 24h to microchip, reissue documentation and reapply. The *BIGGEST* thank you to Michelle and Dr Christina. Not only for accomodating us at zero notice but being actually warm and friendly and not just polite and functional. Again, it's physically not possible for them to be more helpful and kind. Felix, Dolly and I are so grateful for you! 🙏🏼❤️

Refused to help a suffering baby squirrel, even though he was then going to be taken to a licensed rescue. Said they cannot help a grey squirrel by law, which is a lie.

Really friendly and kind staff. Always greeted with a smile from the second you step foot in the reception. Vet is also kind and friendly and really takes time with you and your pet. She does not rush you in and out. They also make sure to get you the best price possible. They have been amazing with my cats. My dogs will be going too very soon. All staff clearly have a real love and passion for animals.

Amazing vets. Would recommend this to anyone. Reception and vets are excellent. They've taken great care of my two cats. Consultations are very thorough and everything is explained very well. Continuity with the same vet is also great. Booking appointments etc. is super easy. And prices are reasonable. My only complaint is it'd be great to have an x-ray for dentistry work in the practice, as unfortunately I've had to be referred elsewhere for this.

Me and my beautiful doggies LOVE this vet. The attention is amazing and the pet plan covers so well everything they will need. The attention and professionalism are amazing! Zeus as a 7 year old dog has had different veterinary attention and honestly this is one of the best we have ever had! Cristina is an amazing person and took an amazing care of Zeus and Nike. She really answers all your questions and offers a great assesment for all the treatments for your dog. I am so happy they are in great hands! They both love Cristina and Meena and are super happy to come back! I truthfully recommend them ❤️
