Our cat started limping but without any visible reason. Our vet at Alcombe Vets was very gentle and professional, she thoroughly examined her and gave us a perfectly detailed diagnosis. She also provided us with options to consider, and advice on how to best treat our cat, and a possible outcome. After two days, it appears she was spot-on. The medication works, our cat is definitely better. Thank you!

Avoid at all costs. The prices are absolutely insane £36 for a written prescription is a complete joke. This business is owned by IVC who have one goal and that is to extract as much money out of you as possible. Avoid these large corporate vets and hope the government puts proper controls in place.

We took our adored dog, Biggles, to our local Alcombe surgery because we were concerned about a sudden cough he has developed. I was able to get an appointment on the same day that I called. The vet was very thorough in checking Biggles and preserved medication. She appeared to be genuinely interested in his welfare and keen to find the cause of the problem. The staff at reception were very welcoming since they knew him as a pup.
